We are working as a team with your local real estate agent and ensuring that your property receives the highest market value on auction day, in our current market.
Your agent will assist both you and us in marketing, educating prospective buyers, property showing, coordinating with the Title company, ordering HOA, disclosure docs, scheduling inspections etc.
Once prep is complete, your property will be "live" with a full buyer's due diligence packet, auction date and bidding instructions so that we can begin collecting bids.
The auction will increase incrementally allowing each bidder the opportunity to increase their bid to beat the previous high bid. At the conclusion of the auction, you will know the final sale price and will then sign off on your official contract reflecting the winning bidder's high bid.

Your buyer will then deposit their earnest money with the title company and you will move forward to closing.
